Our Church’s Mission:

Jesus commanded his disciples to “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Matthew 28:19-20.

The apostle Paul stated in 1 Corinthians 1: 18, “The preaching of the cross to them that perish is foolishness, but unto us that are saved it is the power of God unto salvation.” However, even though the world looks at the Church and the scriptures differently. Jesus said we are to be about our Father’s business.

At Flag Springs Church we are a Church who desires to follow the commandments and teachings that Jesus set forth over 2000 years ago before he ascended back to the Father where he abides until his return to receive his Church to himself.

It is for that reason that we desire to preach God’s word in our morning and evening service believing the Bible to be God’s word to all mankind and is to be exhorted according to Timothy 3:16. “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.

This is why Flag Springs Church has a full time Pastor, Sunday morning and Sunday evening services. We have Sunday Schools for all ages from the youngest to the oldest so that we may grow in the understanding and knowledge of his word.

We have youth services and activities to assist our young people in the importance of priorities, fellowship, righteous living and dangers of the world. Young people are struggling today in a world of peer pressure and we see a need to lead them in a challenge of God’s word.

Our AWANAs program helps us to reach out to the young that may never attend a Church. Our buses are driven by responsible members who freely give their time to pick these young people up and bring them to special scheduled activities ever Wednesday night during the winter months.

Wednesday morning are for as many who will to gather at the Church for prayer time.

At Flag Springs Church we also set aside as often as necessary to to have fellowship at our kitchen and banquet area where the ladies prepare great food for each and every occasion such as Christmas, appreciation, valentines day, and just get together with one another.
